From Library Journal The Fleischman collection, ranging from Cycladic (c. 2500 B.C.) to late Roman (c. A.D. 130), focuses on intimate objects, especially those that are concerned with everyday life. Two-thirds of this collection (approximately 180 items) are included in an exhibit appearing at the Getty and Cleveland museums of art in 1994-95. The collection is arranged by medium within six chronological periods.
